Hey Folks,
I'm new to Joomla, downloaded OS property from Joomla, all was going well, pretty much had the site finished and now running into some issues.
The backend of my site no longer displays the menu bar (save, configuration, etc.) wondering if anyone can assist? I'm also chasing someone/business for future support.
Any feedback greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Brock

Hi Brock,

OS Property is a Joomdonation extension. Their support is excellent so if the event is something that has happened as a result of installing the software I am sure they will assist you get it right. If you are new to Joomla, make sure you download Akeeba backup, even the free version and do backups before changing anything on the site. That way you can always restore a working version.

Cheers,

Ric

Hi Ric,
Thanks for the advice. The site had little content, it was just formatted with correct modules etc. But now I'm hanging because the menu bar, which includes the extensions tab has disappeared, so I cant do a thing. I emailed the contact for os property regarding the install and received assistance, but yet to receive a reply on this issue. Wasn't sure what service level to expect being new to Joomla. I'll wait it out.
Thanks again

I agree, the support from OS Solution is usually pretty good.

Just remember that they're just getting into the office now as they are three hours behind the east coast of Australia.

Hi

The hausas thing is to check

- user permissions.
- plugins (turn non-core
plugins off and back on one by one)
things like that...
