Hi guys, i'm a total newbie, but i'm looking for urgent assistance with my website pspc.com.au.
I updated my joomla yesterday and since then my website only show the footer. Not sure what has happened but if some could help me, i'd be willing to compensate them for services rendered.

I had an old version of joomla (2.5 i think) so i'm hoping it not deleted all my content.

The template i am using is too_eat if that helps.

let me know if might be able to help me, my web designer isn't responding.

thanks

Updating your hosting from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7 and updating all third party extensions to the latest versions will probably help.

If you get stuck, I am happy to help.

Hi Dymbar,
With the limited information provided, it's difficult to guess exactly whats wrong here. It's unlikely that your content has been deleted due to an upgrade, but in any case it's always a good idea to take a backup before making any major changes on a site, so hopefully you've got that to fall back to if needed.

From what you've told us, it sounds like you've upgrade your site from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3, and as part of that update you've either updated your site template or installed a new one. If some things aren't showing, I wonder if the module position names in your current template are different to your original one. If that's the case, then it may just be something simple like adjusting the module positions in module manager to reflect your new template.

You can see all your template module positions by doing the following:
Extensions->templates
options button
Preview Module Positions = Enabled
Save & Close
Click the preview icon (eye) next to your template

You can see which modules are assigned to each position via extensions->modules

regards

Tim
